What are copper parts ?
Copper is a natural non-magnetic metal that is commonly found in brownish-red color. Bronze and brass are copper alloys that contain more than 80% copper. Copper parts are widely used in busbars, wire connectors, and other electrical applications because of its excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. We rarely see copper as a whole in equipment or housing structures, but copper parts are everywhere, such as nails, rivets, and more.
Feature BOX
Ductile
Copper is known for its excellent ductility, which allows it to be forged into any desired shape. This feature makes our processing easier.
High resistance to corrosion
Because of the corrosion resistance and durability of copper parts, it is combined with other sheet metals to manufacture a variety of electrical enclosures.
Easy to
fabricate
Copper can be machined, laser cut, punched, bent, punched and welded. Standard shapes can be easily achieved without the need for high-powered processing machines.
High thermal and electrical conductivity
Our most common copper parts are on the junction box. Because of its excellent conductivity and heat resistance, it protects the normal operation of the wires.
Copper Fabrication
Each of our copper part is made through multiple processing steps. Our laser cutting machine cuts the copper sheet into the desired shape, the punch machine reserves the position where the hole needs to be opened, and presses in the nut. Then the copper sheet is bent to a precise angle by our bending machine. Finally, our professional welders weld it perfectly. In this way, the target copper part is initially formed, but we also provide surface treatment or assembly.

Surface treatment
We offer multiple surface treatment options for copper parts as well. The first thing, it is the process of the chemical treatment, by which a high-density, adsorption, very conformal metal layer is formed on the surface of the metal part via electric current. Such a coating is generally used decoratively, to protect some surface properties, and is applied to many industries. Another kind of physical treatment is to add extra on the surface of the metal part, such as: powder coating, stickers, film, etc.
