1. Production plan
- Receive customer orders and formulate detailed production schedules (PMC).
- Coordinate the resources of all departments to ensure the rational allocation of materials, equipment and human resources.
- Track the production progress in real time and optimize efficiency.
2. Full-process Monitoring (QC & QA)
- IQC (Incoming Material Inspection) : Strictly inspect the quality of raw materials and purchased parts.
- IPQC (Process Inspection) : Conducting phased quality spot checks during the production process.
- FQC (Final Inspection) : Comprehensive inspection of finished products before they leave the factory to ensure compliance with customer standards.
3. Design and process optimization
- Conduct 3D design and BOM (Bill of Materials) formulation based on customer requirements.
- Provide DFM (Manufacturability Analysis) to optimize production feasibility.
- Formulate the processing technology route to ensure efficient and precise production.
4. Accessories Procurement
- Procurement of outsourced accessories: Strictly screen suppliers to ensure that key accessories (such as electronic components and hardware parts) meet delivery dates and quality requirements.
5. Sheet metal & Wooden Box Processing
- Sheet metal processing: laser cutting → bending and forming → welding → Surface treatment (spraying/electroplating, etc.).
- Wood board/acrylic processing: CNC cutting, engraving, lamination, etc. (Suitable for display components).
6. Final assembly
- Carry out mechanical assembly and functional testing as per the customer’s requirements.
- Modular assembly ensures a stable structure and meets performance standards.
7. Pack and store
- Professional packaging teams carry out dust-proof, shock-proof and scratch-proof treatments.
- Labeling and scanning for entry into the system facilitate warehouse management.
8. Supporting Delivery (Logistics)
- Arrange domestic logistics or international freight according to customer demands
- Provide logistics tracking services to ensure on-time delivery
